My Story

Through my five years in the US Navy I was able to live in and travel to some amazing places around the world. When I was transitioning out of the Navy and thinking about my next steps, I realized I wanted to put my passion into my work, which led me to begin Mistral Winds Travel. 

One of my hobbies is drinking and learning about wine, and as a fun project I took the Introductory Sommelier course. In this course I learned about the Mistral Winds and the benefit they bring to the vines of the Rhone Valley. Shortly before exiting the Navy I traveled to the Rhone Valley, where the Mistral Wind blows, and the plan was formed - along with the perfect name. Now I work to plan exciting experiences for others, leveraging my knowledge of travel and the partnerships I have worldwide with some of the best luxury brands in the world.
