Planning Fee

My fee covers the expertise, time, and industry connections that create your perfect trip. This includes consultation, destination research, custom itinerary development (with up to 3 revisions), and booking all accommodations, tour, and transportation. You'll also receive preferred amenities when available, plus a full digital itinerary.

I am also available throughout your trip to handle any unexpected changes due to weather, delays, or other circumstances - so you can focus on enjoying your well earned and deserved experience.

Planning Fee Structure:

Domestic Travel: $100 - $300
International Travel: $200 - $500
Group Bookings (8+ people): $50 - $150 per person
Last-Minute Bookings: Additional $100 - $500 for trips requested less than 4 weeks prior to departure

Fees shown are for trips up to one week. Longer journeys may incur higher fees based on complexity.

Trip Investment Guidelines

My expertise focuses on elevated travel experiences that emphasize value and exceptional service. I'm not focused on finding "good deals" or budget travel - instead I specialize in creating meaningful value through authentic experiences, insider access, and seamless service that is difficult to manage on your own.

Typical Investment Ranges:

Weekly Land Packages: Start around $8,000 per couple, per week (does not include airfare)
Hotel Accommodations: $350 - $400+ per night minimum
Cruise Experiences: $8,000+ for luxury vessels and weekly itineraries

This ensures you're staying in desirable locations with vendors who provide the exemplary service and cultural experiences that make trips truly memorable.
